Simple Mobile sucks!!!!!!
Simple Mobile sucks, I have used it for 3 months and paid ahead of time and they still had the phone disconnected for 2-3 days.
I will be switching them once the month is over.

i hve paid $ 64.40 on 17 th jan 2012 but yet i hvent recieved my sim card !!!!,
this is such reduculas service !!!!
i left home on 23 rd jan and i spoke one lady, she told me that our compney will do over night delivery and i will recieve my sim on today which is 23 rd on my new address,she took all my address and information but still i am waiting for my simcard because of your suck service!!!!
if i would not get my simcard then i need my money back because your compney so suck, i call sevral time customer service they hang up me most of time !!!!!!!!!!!!
i am gonna write this on compney rewiew so people can read and know about this issue….

Vonjon: I have only read a few of these comments but I can honestly say, that after coming from AT&T, I’m not sure who’s worse. First and foremost, the customer service at Simple Mobile is SIMPLY HORRIFIC!!!!!. You stay on hold forever. You can prepare a 3 course meal in the time it takes them to answer the phone. One CSR told me to open a window in my place of business when I told her I couldn’t get service (I’m on the 5th floor in a modern building), who has windows that open. I had an Apple Iphone also but didtn’t find out that it was on not apprvd list until after I was having trouble. The guy @ kiosk said he could definitely set me up and never mentioned that the phone was not on apprvd list. After 2 wks I began having trouble. From periodic no service to NO SERVICE AT ALL. Phone just displays “Searching”. Needless to say, no refund, partial or otherwise. When I asked, the CSR “Simply” hung up. That’s your “Simple” mobile plan. I would “Simply” go the other way and find another service.

The phone can receive texts, SMS works perfectly. It’s MMS that had some difficulty, there was a patch made in Cydia for this though. Short code SMS didn’t work (which was numbers that you text such as twitter “40404.”

I have an iPhone 3GS you stated you had a 3G. Would the 3GS have a better time recieving texts? And when you say the SMS or mms won’t work..your saying that you can’t text on the network? I’m confused..I’m looking to change my carrier because I love my iPhone but I can’t afford the payments anymore.what should I do

THIS IS THE GREATEST TREAT OUT THERE, AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.I LOVE RASPBERRIES AND ADORE DARK CHOCOLATE, SO THIS IS PERFECT. WHEN THEY APPEAR IN MY LOCAL STORES I BUY ENTIRE CARTONS OF THEM, BRAVO RUSSEL STOVER. WISH THEY WERE AVAILABLE ALL YEAR AROUND.

You can discount some of the comments on here, rants are not informative. The review is pretty accurate. The system runs on T-Mobile networks and because of this phones that originally were ATT phones will only get edge data service. I have been using them a month now, the coverage is adequate, the price is $40 for unlimited 3G, Talk, Text and Data. Support can be a little difficult to get in touch with. I can use everything on my phone with the exception of SMS, I have a Samsung Focus and it is not supported on the 1700mhz system. But for $40 a month…I could give a rat’s keister. I’m sticking with it for a while.
