My weekend in picture form.

Worst. Easter decoration. Ever.

Fanta-Astic

So, this movie was shot multiple times, over many weekends, painful, tiring, and laborious. Finally we finished the shooting, and then… well, 12 years later, I finally got my hands on the footage and was able to edit it together. I couldn’t be happier that it was finished.

Originally, this was for an earth science project. Later, it became a labor of love. The story is simple, our two protagonists venture to a planet which is not Earth, that has a depleted ozone layer. They concoct a plan to fix the ozone layer. Because it was a a school project, the method of making this movie “edutainment” was to have one character be comedic and randomly/crazily spat out scientific facts and of course the other character played the straight man. Anyway, enjoy.

Snickers Peanut Butter Squared

When you think about it, this combination makes so much sense. How did this not occur sooner? Well, it took a while, but Snickers finally incorporated peanut butter into its form.

Let’s start with Snickers, caramel, nougat, peanuts and covered in milk chocolate. Suddenly, we now have peanut butter. Snickers has had some gimmick candy bars over the years, but this one is a home run – knocked out of the park. I have mixed thoughts about the square thing though. I feel like a simple bar would suffice. The packaging has specific instructions for eating one square and saving another for later. Gimmicky, but I guess it’s fine. Being that these candy bars are like crack and I am addicted, I suppose it doesn’t matter that they’re squares.

Spring Break

No Warehouse until May 2nd! 🙁

Alkahest Live Saturday Night!!

Metal more to your liking? Don’t want to leave brooklyn to see an awesome show? Then head on over to the Charleston to see our friends Alkahest tear it up alongside Amarok, The Communion and Occultation.

Thinking of doing an all 80s show. Good idea?
